Job Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst 3 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise help desk support, incident management, and end-user troubleshooting and a proven ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with customer focus.
  • Clear communication skills and effective teamwork.
  • 5+ years of help desk or technical support experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ITIL practices and ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, VPNs, and mobile device management.
